Sarah
Sarah is our scheduling coordinator at our Marysville location. You're always welcomed to our office with a smile and warm greeting thanks to Sarah! She makes sure your treatment stays on track by scheduling all appointments during active treatment and your retention phase of treatment. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Austin
Austin is a Treatment and Scheduling Coordinator at our Marysville location. She has been in the orthodontic field since 2015.
She recently moved to Urbana with her husband Steven and their daughter, Hunter. She enjoys country concerts and spending time with her family.
Krista
Krista is our lab technician, and she has been a dedicated member of our team since 2001! She makes all lab appliances such as retainers, expanders, and space maintainers. You may also see her at your initial exam because she coordinates and organizes your records (x-rays, photos, scan), which the doctors use to create your customized treatment plan.
Krista and her husband Don have 2 boys, Marshall and Mason. She enjoys family time, hunting, fishing, and their hobby farm.
Christi
Christi is a chairside assistant and has been a valuable part of our team since 2009. She works in both our Marysville and Plain City locations. With her experience and outgoing personality, she makes your visit with us fun and comfortable! She will always go above and beyond to make sure that you get the best care while at Smiles To Love Orthodontics. In her free time, Christi spends time with her family and especially loves spending time with her grandchildren.
Kim M.
Kim M. is a chair side assistant. She obtained her certificate in expanded function dental assisting (EFDA) after completing additional training and testing, and she has been with us since 2012. Kim is one of two assistants involved in removing your braces when your treatment is complete. Our patients look forward to seeing her on that special day!
Kim and her husband, Kevin, have four children and two grandchildren. She enjoys walking, riding bikes, and spending time with her family.
Chris
You’ll find Chris welcoming you when you arrive at our Plain City office. She is the scheduling coordinator there, and she also works with our patients and responsible parties who have financial questions/concerns. If you have insurance questions, she will help you by contacting and coordinating with the insurance companies. Outside of the office, Chris likes to travel with her husband, Jim. They have three sons and often visit them. She also loves to watch movies and read, so let her know what your favorite book is when you see her!
Stephanie
Stephanie works in both our Marysville and Plain City locations where she is a treatment coordinator and chairside assistant. She has been a valuable member of our team since 2013 and has over 15 years of orthodontic experience! She will make sure your initial exam is an informative and enjoyable experience at Smiles To Love Orthodontics! During your initial consultation, she will assist our doctors and can answer all of your questions regarding treatment, financing options, insurance, and scheduling. She spends her time outside of the office with her husband Robert and their two sons. They enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and being outside.
Shannon
Shannon is a chair-side assistant that joined our team in 2018. She has 25 years in the dental field, 19 of those in Orthodontics. She loves helping our patients improve their beautiful smile!
Shannon and her husband, Tim, have 5 amazing children. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys time with her family and friends, motorcycle rides, hunting, and tropical vacations.
Fawn
Fawn is a chairside assistant who has a knack for making people laugh and is passionate about helping others feel more confident in their smile! Outside of the office, Fawn and her husband Denver are outdoor enthusiasts. They enjoy sharing their love of the outdoors with their two boys.
Hailey
Hailey works in both our Plain City and Marysville locations as a chairside assistant. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and excited for treatment. She is a cat mom of two that loves to spend time camping, gardening, crafting, and a good thrift find.
Jayme
Jayme is a clinical assistant at both our Marysville and Plain City locations. She has 3 kids and a pet guinea pig. When she’s not working, Jayme enjoys going on adventures and creating memories with her family.
Kierstyn (Kiki)
Kiki is a chairside assistant at both our Marysville and Plain City locations. She enjoys seeing people smile and loves to make people laugh. In her free time, she enjoys making new memories with family and friends!
Amy
Amy is a chairside assistant at our Marysville and Plain City locations. She has been in orthodontics for 25 years and enjoys working with her patients and teammates. Amy and her boyfriend enjoy traveling and outdoor activities with their 3 dogs. Amy loves spending time with her sister and her nieces.
Adrienne
Adrienne works in both our Marysville and Plain City locations. She started working with us in April 2025. Adrienne comes to our office with 16 years of orthodontics experience! She is a certified dental assistant and also has her EFDA certification from the Ohio State University. When Adrienne’s not working, you can find her caring for her 3 children Hazel, Archie and Huxley. She also enjoys helping her husband on their farm and spending time with family.
